Refund & Cancellation Policy

All fees paid to KidsNeuron for courses, workshops, subscriptions, training programs, or any other educational services are non-refundable.

Once a payment has been successfully processed and enrollment has been confirmed, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind.
• Lack of participation or attendance.
• Schedule conflicts.
• Failure to complete the course.
• Dissatisfaction after course access has been provided.
• Technical issues on the student's device, internet connection, or personal equipment.
• Failure to utilize the purchased services.

After enrollment and payment confirmation, registrations cannot be canceled.

Students and parents are advised to carefully review all course details, eligibility requirements, schedules, and pricing information before making a purchase.

Course enrollments are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by KidsNeuron management under exceptional circumstances.

KidsNeuron reserves the sole right to approve or reject any transfer request.

In rare situations where a course or program is permanently canceled by KidsNeuron and no alternative arrangement is offered, KidsNeuron may, at its sole discretion, provide an alternative course, credit, or refund.

Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Any attempt to initiate an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to KidsNeuron services may result in:

• Immediate suspension of access.
• Permanent account termination.
• Recovery proceedings for unpaid amounts.
• Restriction from future enrollments.

By enrolling in any KidsNeuron course, program, or service, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• You agree that all payments made are final and non-refundable.
• You agree that registrations cannot be canceled once confirmed.
